There is no invasive procedure or pre-procedure preparation necessary. As the device goes to work, you are welcome to read a book or meditate. One BTL EMsella session is 28 minutes long and is equivalent to 12,000 Kegels. For optimal results, we recommend six treatment sessions, with two treatments a week. Then, we recommend having one maintenance treatment every 3-6 months or as needed.
