How Does It Work?

EMsculpt is a completely safe procedure that can deliver results without downtime. Similar to an intense workout, this device focuses on specific muscle groups, inducing them to contract rapidly. This rapid muscle contraction causes muscle tissue to become damaged and then repair itself over time. During your treatment course, it is important to maintain proper nutrition as your body will demand more nutrients and hydration while your muscles heal and strengthen.

What Can I Expect During the Treatment?

During your treatment session, all you have to do is relax; the machine does all the work! We will ask you to lie back as we apply the electrodes to your muscles and activate the machine. The energy will stimulate your muscles into rapid contraction, duplicating the effects of 20,000 sit-ups or squats in minutes! While you may be a bit sore afterward, just as you would be after an intense abdominal or glute workout, this treatment is not painful. One EMsculpt treatment lasts for approximately 30 minutes. For optimal results, we recommend a minimum of six sessions, every 5-10 days.
