LASH + BROW TINTING
Lash and brow tinting is a super quick and simple treatment (and makes a great add-on to one of our waxing services). The entire process typically takes around 30 minutes for both treatments and requires no downtime after your appointment.
THE PROCESS
Before any dye is used, your aesthetician will discuss your options. Depending on your hair, skin, and eye color, as well as your desired outcome, your aesthetician will help you choose the right color.
For the brows, the dye is applied directly onto the eyebrows and sits for a couple of minutes until the color has taken effect.
Tinting the eyelashes involves a few more steps but is still pretty simple. Similar to brow tinting, the dye is brushed onto lashes and is left to process for a few minutes before wiping off any excess product.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Most eyebrow and eyelash tints will last between four to six weeks with the dye subtly fading until your lashes and brows return to their natural color. Proper aftercare treatment can help make the results last longer:
- Wear a hat and/or sunglasses in the sun. Strong sunlight/UV light can make the tint color fade faster.
- Avoid cleansers with AHA’s or other chemical exfoliates may decrease the life of your tint. A gentle, oil-free facial cleanser or eye makeup remover is recommended.
