The services that are offered at Revive include Injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvaderm, and Restylane), Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, and Laser Vein Therapy using the Enlighten™ Excel HR™, and Fraxel Dual® 1550/1927. Aesthetic services also include microneedling, chemical peels, facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, waxing, and tinting. Revive also offers a variety of massage treatment options.

Revive at The Group Med Spa’s Medical Director, Dr. Jana Van Rybroek is a partner of The Group Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists, P.C. Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Van Rybroek is focused on preventative medicine and lifelong wellness. Caring for women in all stages of life naturally led to her position as Medical Director at Revive.

As the Director of Human Resources and Provider Relations at Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, P.C., Ashley Digman will likely be your first point of contact when exploring career opportunities with our practice.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare management, including leadership roles at MercyOne Genesis Health System, Ashley plays a key role in shaping the culture of our organization. She oversees recruitment, employee engagement, and provider relations, ensuring that every new team member feels welcomed, supported, and set up for success.

Ashley is passionate about building a workplace that values collaboration, growth, and excellence in patient care. She works closely with both clinical and administrative teams to foster a supportive environment where individuals can thrive professionally and personally.

An active member of the Iowa Healthcare Leaders Association (IHLA) for more than 10 years, Ashley currently serves on the IHLA Board of Directors (2026–2028) and is deeply involved in statewide initiatives focused on leadership development, mentorship, and healthcare excellence.
