#2 rule: Please SHAVE prior to your appointment!!!
Do:

+ Take ibuprofen and an antihistamine as needed post-treatment.
+ Use cool compress post-treatment as needed.
Don’t:
– Don’t wax prior to your laser treatment. Hair follicles must be present for laser the treatment to work
– Do not pluck, pull, or wax during your series—this will stimulate new hair growth. Hide your tweezers!!
– Do not use self-tanner or tanning beds at least 2 weeks prior to your laser treatment.
– No heat/exercise for 48-72 hours post-treatment.
– Stop your Tretinoin 2 weeks prior to treatment on the face.
